Sharp New Grad Residency October/November 2023

Just wanted to start a thread for next cohort. Where have you guys applied? I applied to MICU at grossmont and float pool in chula

I was looking at my application and noticed that a couple of days ago the job title changed from new grad residency to specifically saying grossmont ED (my top choice). Not sure if it means anything though.

Mine also says a specific floor now!

Hi, does everyones application say "under consideration"? I'm not sure if that's something that recently changed or if it has always said that. Thanks ?

I just got a call this morning asking me to interview for a position on Sharp Grossmont's neuro/stroke unit!

Was your call also a surprise interview?! I got a call yesterday afternoon for the surgical ortho unit at sharp grossmont and she gave me a mini interview. She said if I move forward my virtual panel interview will be next week. I was totally caught off guard by the surprise mini interview. It consisted of one situational question also!
