Sharp New Grad Program Summer 2013

U.S.A. California

So like our predecessors I thought it would be a good idea to start a thread for all the new applicants for Sharp's summer 2013 new grad program. I just applied today and can't believe how nervous I am since I hit that submit button!! Good luck to all!!

I don't know how they consider out of state schools but it really shouldn't. Well I hope not. They should just look at credentials certifications experience and volunteer work. I know they have hired out of state people so hopefully our resumes shine!

Either way, I agree that hopefully our resumes shine!

I wonder if anyone else will comment on here or if we should start a new thread??! These threads are fun and informative for everyone.

I think starting a new thread for Fall might be good. I agree that they're fun & informative!

Hi guys, I also applied on the 1st. I applied for grossmont PCU/tele and PCU rotation. Do you know how long it takes for them to start calling us for interviews???

I was looking back in the forums from the last new grad posting Sharp did.. It looked like people were starting to get calls about two weeks after the new grad posting closed.

Thanks CaliRN13. Hopefully we get those calls soon. I saw that was some positions that the start day was in Nov so I am assuming they will get those candidates first. The PCU I applied for it starts in Feb so I think they will start looking into it once they are done with Nov starts dates. Just a thought!!

Aah you have a point! That stinks, the ones I applied to start in February too. I think in the past they did do it that way; start with those early positions and then move to the next. I hate the waiting game!

I think it could be in Dec. I am trying not to think about it. But it is hard. Good luck to you!!!
