on one of the facebook groups someone said their status never changed from under consideration even after she got an interview and an offer so I'm not sure if it will change

Whaaaaat, I haven’t graduated yet so I hope not having a license isn’t a dealbreaker ?

me too! I'm not sure if that's what it means, it is reassuring that they texted me to begin with but I'll keep you posted if I hear anything again! I do think they will prioritize people with their license already over people who don't have it yet just because it is a risk that they might not have it by the start date

what hospital did you apply to?

My application status still says under consideration with the date that I applied. With the BRN totally backed up in California, it is highly likely that those that graduate this May won't have their license in time to start, which I believe these hospitals are taking into consideration. Hopefully we can get ATTs before August, but my program director told us to expect to take the NCLEX in September ?

I heard that most hospitals in san diego don't consider you if you haven't received your license yet even if you have a date. when I applied in august I didn't get my ATT till mid october

I had friends hired at Sharp in 2019 before graduation for a Summer start, contingent upon getting licensed after their July or Aug (I forget) test date.

has anyone’s job application been updated? mine still says under consideration as of February 8th so I feel like they haven’t looked at it?

I got a follow up email stating I will hear back by March 31st if I have an interview or not. did you get that?
