I wasn't told to do a second interview, despite being told there would be one one. I was told to submit my references which I did on Friday and im still waiting to hear back from them to see if I can move forward with the hiring process. Congratulations! Did they say why they switched? Was float your first pick?

I did! I got offered a position in float pool as well! I am just now submitting my references so I will keep you updated.

Good luck everyone! Just a quick update: I interviewed then was asked for my references the next day. Within 4-5 days I recieved a call offering me a position over the phone! I'm very excited ?
