Are you saying your resume that is saved to your computer changed or when you look at the one attached online? It is weird that it changes as PDF. usually they recommend saving as pdf to eliminate that problem.

Imagine12 I'm sure it may be ok. I would make sure to upload as PDF and they should be able to see it the way it is.

I just called and they said they are able to see the PDF format... Mine is really messed up also

Is it okay to apply to the same unit but at different facilities?

yes it is. They will actually only look at your 1st option. So don't worry much about your option 2.

Okay thank you! Also I thjnk I applies before I completed my "profile." I wonder if they will even get my updated profile now... Eeek

Last time I submitted before updating my resume. I emailed my updated resume to the HR asking to use that one instead. and she confirmed it. So maybe you could do the same. Update your profile now then call HR explaining what happened and see what they say.
