Does anyone know what the New Grad pay is? Only info I found was a starting salary of $28/hr from a 2008 Sharp blog. Thanks!

They start in the mid 30's, plus they have a night differential and educational differential (ADN, BSN, MSN).

She said it was just for the new grad residency program in general not a specific unit. However I applied to the PCU and acute rehab units when I applied.

Whoa! I just found this thread, and am wishing I found it sooner. I had a panel interview 4/21 for Sharp Memorial's ICU (was notified 4/14). Did anyone else have this same experience? I was super nervous and they asked really difficult questions :(

Hey WhitBit, I had a panel interview for sharp memorial ICU on 4/21...but I never had a phone interview. They said they'd make decisions by 5/5

Start pay for the last cohort was $35.xx as per the last thread, with differentials as mentioned above. I applied for memorial's residency for all those who asked. Sorry for the late reply, been busy getting my ducks lined up in a row for next month.
