I thought I would start a new thread for the SHARP new grad program that starts in Oct/Nov and we can keep each other updated!

For those of you who got hired or interviewed at Sharp Memorial, I'd really appreciate it if you could share any tips or advice. What do you think helped you stand out the most, and what were the strongest parts of your application? Did having any kind of affiliation with Sharp Memorial make a difference?

This Spring cohort will be my first time applying to a New Grad RN program, and I want to be as prepared as possible. Any insight would mean so much. Thank you so so much!
