SHARP New Grad Fall 2024

I thought I would start a new thread for the SHARP new grad program that starts in Oct/Nov and we can keep each other updated!

Has anyone heard back from oncology? I interviewed on July 22nd and still haven't heard anything. They said it would take 1-2 weeks to hear back but I'm feeling anxious! Wondering if anyone has heard back yet with next steps or job offer?

Hopefully we'll hear back by next week because that would be 2 weeks on Monday! I'm not sure how many onc positions they were hiring for. Sending good energy to us all 🫶🏻

My application was sent to Onc, but I have not heard anything back; on the portal, it says it is still under consideration. It has the cohort, but I have not been contacted for an interview. Do you guys know if they are done interviewing at Memorial

I feel like we must hear back today right? I was hoping to hear something yesterday but I didn't

hm im not sure, my onc interview was 2 weeks ago .fingers crossed for you though!

I was just thinking the same thing. Maybe since the residency doesn't start for a while they're just sitting on the applications? Or maybe they just had busy schedules and haven't had time to look over their interview notes? I really have no idea. Wishing the best for everyone and hoping we get our decisions soon. I'll post if I hear any news.

I emailed last night to ask about the status of the interview and got a text response about 9:45am that I was not selected. I'm assuming they've contacted those who got the positions already. Very disappointed, I thought this was going to be it.

officially got my rejection letter from sharp for the children and adolescent program! waiting to hear back from float pool 🙂

so I checked my sharp portal and they moved my application to inactive, so does that mean they won't consider me for my second alternative which is float pool? if so, that's OK. I wish everyone else the best 💗
