Hey all! I'm so happy to see an active thread. I hope we can all connect and communicate! So I got my b.s. in human development in 2014. I've got about 127 hours of hospital volunteer experience, my cna license, and I've been working as a nanny for the last five years. I'm applying for the pediatric pathway ☺ I'd like to work in pediatric rehab eventually and I've got some experience working with a special needs student at an elementary school. I think my college gpa for the last 60 units is a 3.6 and my pre-req gpa is around a 3.2..wish it was higher but hey I'm still happy with it! So does anyone know when we will be contacted for interviews? In the email it said toward the end of march but I was reading through some old threads and it looks like they weren't contacted until April. I'm so nervous!!
I'd love to hear about other people's stats, questions, concerns, etc.
Hope to chat soon!
Hey guys, have any of you heard anything? Very little activity and few people in this thread. Is there a more active one? The email we received said notifications for interviews would be mid/late march and we're definitely entering late march now. Really hoping for an interview invitation. *fingers crossed*

Hi Everyone! I did a search for SFSU ELMSN Fall 2017 and I didn't see any active threads so I thought I'd start one. This is my second year submitting program applications, first year to SFSU. I graduated with a B.S. in Environmental Management in 2012 and have been working for the past 4 years volunteering, prepping for entrance exams and completing prerequisites for a variety of nursing programs. I am hoping this year will be there. I'm also applying to Samuel Merritt's ABSN program, USF's Masters program for Non-Nurses, University of Hawai'i's GEPN program and Johns Hopkins University's MEPN program. Would anyone care to share their stats? Best of luck and Happy Holidays!!
