Albright guys, I have my settlement conference tomorrow with my board order in hand. I can’t afford a lawyer and I’m pretty sure I wouldn’t get a better deal with having one. I will be on probation for 2 years, monitoring for 3 years , however I will have an active RN license with no restrictions.
My current boss is very understanding and willing to sign off on my evaluations. I consider myself blessed to still have an active license since I admitted to diverting Lortab from Home Health patients .
I met with a board investigator in Feb 2016 by myself , looking back I should’ve had a lawyer then.
What worries me is the fact that the signed affidavit goes to federal institutions like the attorney generals office.
Whats the likelihood of the AGs office putting me on the OIG list??? I’m really scared of that !
