Congratulations how exciting!! I just interviewed last week and I got asked to come back and shadow one of the nurses. Did they give you an offer right after your interview or did you also do a job shadow?

thank you!! I went to their open house in February and was able to get an interview scheduled for the following week. My interview was a panel with a few of the nurses & nurse manager. afterwards, they showed me around the unit and hospital! I got a call 3 days later with an offer!!

Hey everyone! I was looking at applying for the October 2020 cohort, but I heard the current RN residencies at Seton are being postponed. I was hoping someone would have some insight on this. Thanks in advance for any info!

I am starting my residency in July and I haven’t heard anything about it being postponed. I received a call this week to schedule a pre-employment health screening at one of their locations, which I doubt they’d do if they were being postponed. But I’m not 100% certain!

I am starting in July as well so I wanted to know if you already received information about orientation and how all of that will go. Also has it taken Texas BON so long to get everyone elses license up on the site.

I haven’t received any information and I’m supposed to start on the 12th. Also my license hasn’t posted online yet, but I did just take the NCLEX last week

I took my NCLEX on June 22nd and my license hasn't posted either. I was told that It could take up to 6 weeks to post and that I needed to forward my unofficial results to finish my onboarding information. My nurse manager and educators have been communicating with me frequently and I was able to pick up my orientation binder and schedule this morning.

I took my NCLEX June 20th and it hasn't posted either. I was told to forward my unofficial results as well so I just sent a screenshot of the pearson website. Hopefully I hear something back soon about the orientation and schedule. Which hospital and area are you working in?

I'm in my final semester of nursing school now and have been interested in applying to the AS residency program. However the link to submit an interest form is no longer active. I'm also having a difficult time finding who to contact about the program still being offered. Would y'all happen to know who I might be able to get this information from?
