I just started at Seton this week, and I'm trying to figure out which health care plan to choose. I can't figure out the difference between the Seton basic EPN vs. Expanded EPN plan.. and noone seems to be able to give me a straight answer! It seems to me that the major difference is that Expanded has more providers and it's more expensive. My husband and my baby are also going to be on the plan... so which is better for a family? Or does it matter? Anyone have any experience with this??

I just started at Seton, too, and in our orientation they explained that the only difference is that the expanded EPN covers out of network providers and the regular EPN doesn't. They said that the expanded EPN is rarely chosen, unless the employee has children that they wish to cover that live out of state.
Hope that was helpful!

Hi!! I see that you both have been hired with Seton!! CONGRATULATIONS! I applied for the RN residency June cohort! Any advice on increasing my chances of getting in? What were the interview questions like? ahhhh.....!! I have a million questions, I would love to be employed by Seton! Did y'all apply for the Versant program or just normal employment? Any information would be extremely helpful.
Thanks,
Mattie
