Seton Ascension Residency Winter 2021

starting this for the February Residency app! So far I have heard about the Virtual Residency event on the 17th that says there will be residencies at Dell Childrens, Dell Seton, Seton Hays, Seton Williamson, and Seton Shoal Creek (which I think is the main Seton Medical Center)

Has anyone heard from a recruiter or have any updates with their applications? ?

I had a meeting with a recruiter and was able to schedule a couple of interviews at the hospital and units I was interested in! Anyone else applying to seton main cardiovascular unit?

Ah,  then they've started their process. I was wondering if they'd started calling because my applications say "submitted" and "under review" still.  Time to try St. David's ??

every unit and manager is so different! I was only the first interview for that unit! I have people in my class who are just now starting to get calls for interviews and such! I think it just depends. Have you talked to a recruiter or anything yet?

I received an email asking my top location and choices. I'm interested in Austin location M/B and L&D. Has anyone had interviews or heard from those units and location?

I was able to speak to 5 people st the virtual event,  and my resume was pushed forward for one of the 5 units I applied to, but no recruiters other than that.  It has said "under review" for weeks, and I applied the day after the job posting to tweak my resume.   One says "not selected ", and the others just "submitted". People who have applied after me have gotten calls.  Im about to go to a resume workshop to see if that's the issue ?

My friend did - for mother/baby, I believe, but she had already accepted a position in Houston

I didn't apply to L&D, but I don't see the listings for it anymore on the Careers page. I think they've been gone for a few weeks now; I only noticed because I had intended to apply but they got taken down so fast so I thought maybe they already filled.
