applying for jobs online and taking classes (for certificates) to meet the minimum requirement for the job posting isn't enough... try making some facetime (dropping off resumes), volunteering, job fairs, etc... i know a couple of new graduates that were able to land jobs within 1 month of license in California with an associates by dropping off a resume in person.
Thanks Kidnurse for replying,i have been doing that, one asked me to volunteer for some weeks then they would consider hiring me,but i rejected it thinking they just wanna use me,but here i am,still looking for job.

There is an over abundance of new grad RNs and the market is saturated. Up to 48% of new grads are still unemployed at the one year mark in certain tight markets. New York/New Jersey is one of them as is Florida. Four months isn't that long, though it feels like it is. You will have better luck if you are willing to move somewhere that isn't as saturated. Also, being foreign educated in a market full of US citizens also needing work is going to put you at a disadvantage. Keep applying and consider moving to an area that is more open to new grads.
Houston would have been a good one for me,ummm...their license endorsement process for a foreign nurse is just so much,it will cost me a lot and i dont even know if i will get a job there.
I heard North Dakota is job friendly to New RN'S,their endorsement process looks a bit easier, please does anyone know any hospital that will be able to hire a diploma RN,that graduated 2011(foreign nurse).I will appreciate if anyone will give me any information about RN jobs in North Dakota, guess am ready to move to any state that will hire me.
I have heard the same. Maybe check out their state forum as a starting point?
Not sure what your heritage is, but if you belong to a community of individuals who come from the same country you may wish to seek their help in networking. The Filipino community and those from African countries are outstanding at this from what I have observed.

That could have been a great opportunity. I would have swooped down on that just to get myself noticed, unpaid or not.
