Sent Mail to Florida from Philippines

I sent 2 mails from Philippines to Florida USA on January 22, 2016. It's almost a month, there is no changes in USPS website. This is what appears in the website of USPS: ORIGIN POST IS PREPARING SHIPMENT (We have received notice that the origin post is preparing to dispatch this mail piece)

January 27,2016 @ 7:48 pm Processed through sort facility in manila central mail exchange center air Manila.

Until now it didn't move. I called USPS and no help from them. Does anyone have this kind of trouble before? I really need that document to get to the Destination because that packages are needed for my NCLEX- RN examination requirements in BOARD OF NURSING IN FLORIDA. I sent one mail to JOSEF SILNY & ASSOCIATES FOR PAYMENT OF MY CREDENTIALS EVALUATION and ONE MAIL IS FOR FINGERPRINTING.The two mails have a bank check on it and my identification as well. The receiver told me that they have not received the package.

I sent another package to JOSEF SILNY on February 04,2016 and they received it already. Now I'm worried that the first 2 packages were lost or maybe stolen.

I think that you must address your issue with the USPS. We cannot help you.

Perhaps you should use a service like DHL in the future. Mail does get lost. Good luck.

You should contact the USPS asap. I encountered something similar with fedex, I called them as soon as I thought my papers should have arrived but my school didn't receive anything and they were fast enough to solve the problem.
