Sending transcripts and other paperworks from Philippines to USA

Published

hi. so i got all whats needed in the application for nclex and am currently still in the philippines. im a us citizen but i graduated in the philippines. i was wondering if i can take those paperworks (that my school's supposed to send tomy state's BON ie transcript, course description, etc) with me? coz my flight will be in 2 weeks and im not sure if my $200+ will be worth it for sending the documents from Philippines to USA. I dont want any Snail mail going on which i heard from many people. I wanna know if i can take them with me and send them via fedex there in maryland. Thanks

I think you should contact cgfns since you graduated in the Phil. They are the ones who will contact the BON from the Phil to the state you will be taking the exam. they will send the paperworks and stuffs supposedly not you. they will invalidate the paperwork if you bring it with you.

Only for New York will CGFNS send for the paperwork, CES requires you to send to CGFNS.

OP I should see no problem as long as the envelope is sealed with the school stamp on it

thanks! that should do the work..i might send it to CA BON from maryland since my family's in cali. i might get denied but they want me to try anyways since some of the people i know who graduated in the same school as i did were approved. so in Cali i know cgfns isnt mandatory

one more thing, can i send paperworks in two states simultaneously? like imma send one in cali and one in new jersey? just in case cali denies it? í ½í¸…

100$ is enough for sending the document from phil to USa (both CA & NJ) courier service costs approx 1600 pesis per doc for LBC or DHL.
