I had a second interview with the same person who interviewed me the first time. She thanked me for my thank you e-mail (because she gave me her email and said email was best way to contact her)- so should I/how should I send another thank you? And how would I make it a different thank you than the first time?
I was thinking of dropping off a handwritten card in her mailbox.
Thanks!:)

Yep, I would send another thank you note. She spent time interviewing you again, so sending another thank you is in order. Usually I write a handwritten note, but if she said e-mail is the best way to contact her, then maybe you should e-mail. She's not going to be comparing your notes, so don't worry about that. Just mention something specific that you discussed today at this interview (so it's different from the last one) and why you're excited about the job, it being a good fit, blah blah haha.

Yup, but I think the handwritten note or card would be a nice touch especially if you can manage to get in into her personal mailbox. So glad that more people are realizing the importance of the thank you note!
great, thanks for the advice!

Now its time for a "friendly follow-up" to ask what she thinks of you... You can add a "Thank you for your time/consideration" in the closing.
