Hi all! I haven't seen a forum for the SSC/UCF Fall 2019 program so I thought I would go ahead and make one since the applications are around the corner!

My TEAS score is an 84.7

Overall GPA 3.5

How many of you guys are applying for Fall and what are your stats?? Hopefully we can help each other out and make this nerve-wrecking process a little easier ?

Might be a silly question, but I am late to the game because I was just given a seat after being chosen as an alternate. Do you print out all 5 forms, fill them out, then scan them in as pdf attachments and email them all to the nursing@ssc email? The instructions were a little bit lose on those details to me, thanks!

They will defiantly still need those forms so I would send all five and include in the email that you were an alternate but got accepted!!! Congrats!! Join the facebook page ?

Not a silly question at all! The wording is so confusing on a lot of it. I printed all five signed them and then I used genius scan app on my phone and attached all 5 to an email and sent it to the nursing email account. A few days later I got a confirmation they received all 5 needed documents. Did you start your Complio account yet? I would start working on that right away. Also, if you have FB make sure to join ours. Lots of good conversations about the immunization package and what to expect. Congrats and see you on the 15th!

I GOT IN AS AN ALTERNATE!!!!

I sent all 5 letters and got the confirmation email. Since the boot camp was yesterday, they are having me go tomorrow morning for a make up session. Any tips? I registered for Complio too, do we need in state or out of state finger printing?

Gosh, I am just over moon excited! Now I have a lot of catching up to do for registration!

Yay! Congrats! I am pretty sure its the in-state fingerprinting. Also, make sure you bought the RN package, not the BSN package. We have started a FB page if you're on FB. It's been a great way for us to ask questions and talk about whats going on. It's a lot of information. There is a GroupMe chat too but I don't know the link for it yet.

I requested to be added to the Facebook page, it is pending.

I see the Fit Test on the check list, but I didn't see anything else regarding it. Is your invitation sent to canvas?

You will get an invitation on canvas called "hospital orientation" then under that you can schedule the fit test. It's at the campus on July 24th, there are multiple time slots and it's $45.

No problem! You will get a lot of information tomorrow and I would get the finger prints, drug test and back ground check as soon as you can. Also, the immunization records. Those seem to be difficult to track down.

Congratulations to everyone who’s getting ready to start.

I recently graduated SSC & will graduate UCF in December with a great GPA. Passed NCLEX on the first try and now work on a critical care floor at OH. I wanted to let you guys know that I offer affordable tutoring services.
