For starters, I had to google "selection criteria" as I hadn't a clue what that meant. Some Australian page came up so I assume you are from thereabouts! Anyway, what is an EN?
For question 1 you could start by saying "In support for patient-centered care and patient safety, my responsibilities in the clinical environment would include..."
Question 2: give a specific example, one that you would be able to use to describe all those. May be say "The successful outcome of a patient undergoing surgery requires...."
Question 3: "In the unlikely event that a patient goes into cardiac arrest, as the primary nurse, being an effective member of a health care team mean I share the information with RRT using SBAR..." Not sure if you use SBAR in your country.
Question 4: I leave that to you! Best of luck!
Side note: read more nursing journals, it'll alleviate the I-don't-know-how-to-start-a-paragraph syndrome.
Hi thanks for your ideas. I am an enrolled nurse I am still required to register to work with the national medical board and work under the direction of a Registered Nurse not many countries have us but I pretty much do alot of what RN's do including IV medications and wound care anyways there should be more of us. The selection criteria is a spesific way to apply for a government job we it is suggested we use the STAR method which I have little experienced with its is definately challenging as it is what you are judged on to even get an interview I really want to do well my future is riding on it. Cheers again.
