Seeking for ER position at UK

Published

Hi there,

My name is Constanza, I am an senior ER nurse from Spain. I am looking for a position at London and trying to find out which is the best way to complete job applications

I have been contacted for some local agency like HCL nursing and other HHRR providers

I have seen there are some options to apply directly to NHS offers.

Could anyone advice, please ?

Thanks in advance

Specializes in Medical and general practice now LTC.

Cost of living is high in London, May want to consider other parts of the UK. Jobs for NHS generally advertised on the NHS jobs website

Specializes in NICU.

Keep in mind that you also need to get a nursing license in the UK from the NMC. It's a lot easier for EU folks, but you do need it.

Like SilverDragon said, the pay for nurses isn't that much compared to other countries like the US (although I suppose I don't know how much Spain nurses make).

Good luck! Let us know how things go.
