Seeking advice on which ABSN program is best to maintain a high GPA in within NJ

 I am looking for the best ABSN programs to attend in NJ. I know ABSN's require a ton of work and dedication which isn't an issue but I am wondering if anyone can enlighten me on programs that may be the easiest to maintain a high GPA in? My goal is to eventually get into CRNA school which requires a minimum of a BSN degree. I want to focus on maintaining a high GPA within the ABSN program and am wondering what programs are notable for doing well in? I'm currently looking at Rutgers Second-Degree ABSN (14 months) but WPU and others show up as well. I am just curious to know if anyone has attended these programs or know of anyone and the level of difficulty within them. Thanks!
