Nursing Students NP Students

Published

Anyone already applying at Seattle U? Which track? I haven't finished my pre-req's, so I am probably not too competitive this year, but I am going to apply anyway. I am applying for the nurse-midwife track and my background is Microbiology (UW).

Any AGNPers get an e-mail yet?

Congrats, ladies!!! Anxious to hear about the rest...sending the good vibes your way...

I'm in too for Psych!!! Congrats everyone else who got the email from Janet!!!!

Lenin, what you described about your candidacy, background, and decision to pursue nursing is JUST LIKE MY OWN! weird ~ that's exactly how I feel!

Yay, congrats everyone! I'm relieved to know that they are sending emails. Still nothing from AGNP for me NPJustine, urghhh!

WOW! CONGRATS GUYS!!!! I'm so excited for you! Sorry, I hadn't come to the most recent posts before I responded to what Lenin said, but that makes me so happy for you! Christy, I'm so glad this worked out!! WOOHOO no more stress about this!!!!

I have butterflies in my stomach, lol, when I read these because I was just like OH MAN i'm OUT. I didn't get an AGNP e-mail yet...Crossing my fingers for Justine, cura, may, and myself. And Calinca! I really hope after her exam today she gets a happy e-mail...

*Thinking good thoughts, sending positive vibes*

AHHH!

one thing is that now if i'm rejected or waitlisted, it'll be in two forms - digital and hard copy...

DARN, lol

or do you think the people that aren't accepted won't get an e-mail at all, only a letter by postal mail? that would make sense...:/

if that's the case then that's not good news.

got the acceptance email for fnp :):)

WHERE IS CALINCA.

She has an exam today!

lol... ok. AWESOME! i was freaking out a little not hearing from her.

congrats to all! celebratory toasts tonight to all from california :)

could anyone tell me how much the RN year costs? do we have a sense of what sort of aid SU gives? do they have an endowment to provide grants to student? is tuition really only $539 or so per credit, and a full load 6 credits per quarter (that is so cheap compared to some programs)? need help navigating their website! thanks all :)

may, based on your interactions with grad admissions does it seem that AGNP faculty are still making admissions decisions? Or are they just behind in notifying candidates.
