Im a nursing student in my final year of Bsc(n) ,i was wondering if there is any one in austria who can help me to begin my career from there. .thanks

I do not think AHPRA take new graduates, there is no way anyone here can give a positive answer. When you are an RN in your own COuntry then you can apply for assessment by AHPRA. At this time there really is no jobs for overseas nurses with no experience and in the foreseeable future as there are many local new grads without a job.
Have u researched iv pumps yet ?

Australian grads are struggling to get jobs at the end of their courses.
the government is also cracking down on visas as well.
Unless you have specialist experience such as Theatre or ICU post grad you are going to find it very difficult to find a job.
also there is variance in the registration requirements that some American degrees do not meet
