What exactly do you mean by "help"?

i understand you're having a tough time finding a job, but how exactly are you hoping that an online forum respondent could help you?

Do you need resume help?

Do you need help with interviewing skills or techniques?

Do you need help with finding places to apply?

A lot of hospitals have new grad positions open right now but they will be closing them out by the end of the month.I have applied to Holy Cross, University of Maryland Medical Center, George Washington, Sibley, Washington Hospital Center, and Howard County General. Basically I recommend going to the websites of hospitals and look for job listings that specify New Grad. John Hopkins also has a new grad program but I don't know if their positions specify new grad. When I looked I didn't see any but that could be because none are available.

There are so many hospitals in this region, that you should have no problem finding a place to apply. I would start by applying to places you did clinical at
