Searching for FNP Preceptor in DALLAS!

Hi all! It has been a long time since i've last visited this website. I remembered that i had received so much support and help when i was in nursing school and thought i should come back here for some support. I am currently in the Walden's FNP program and should be expected to start clinical by February 2017. I have been searching high and low to no avail -=(. I have signed on some NP sites to see if there was any luck also. IS there anyone here in the DALLAS area available to precept or know of anyone? I would appreciate it SOOO MUCH!

I'm in the Dallas area, but you need to give more details as to what clinical rotation you need, don't leave us guessing.

OP: you should ask Walden to help you with this. For the tuition you're paying certainly they should know someone who would be willing to teach you for free.

This site has a list of NP organizations that has preceptors listed http://www.theagapecenter.com/…/Spec…/Nurse-Practitioner.htm. The link is broken so you will have to copy and paste the organization name into the search engine. You can also check out https://npfinder.aanp.org[COLOR=#1d2129] to locate a preceptor. I live in Dallas, TX and just last week I was able to locate preceptors in Houston, San Antonio and Waxahachie through TNP. I hope that this helps. [/COLOR]
