search fatigue: request for help, please

Hi gang, I'm hoping someone will be able to share some Search suggestions. I've been looking for a rather lengthy thread that may have been posted as long as two years ago. It was one in which nurses shared silly stories about patients misinterpreting their diagnosis. For example, phlebitis was understood to be "flea-bite-us." I've tried nearly every Search parameter imaginable, but have yet to be successful. Any help you can throw my way would be geuninely appreciated. Thank you. :)
