seamen's hospital

hi there.. i take the qualifying exam in seamen's hospital last april after 1 week they released the names of all the lucky nurses who passed and im one of them. after that i call the nursing service office and ask for the next step after passing the exams they told me that they will call me as soon as there is opening for the job position. after a week i call again and they said that they will call me again for the psyche exam and for medical but until now i haven't receive any calls from them.. im a little worried now.. anyone here working in seamen's hospital who can help me in my problem here? thank you so much :)

If you're coming from Recto ride an SM Manila/Cityhall jeep alight at Manila Cityhall of course then if you're already in Intramuros, ride a pedicab and ask the driver to drop you off at Seamen's Hospital.

Don't rely too much that they will gonna call you. There are a lot of nurses who passed the their exam but until now no calls from them for the next step of hiring process. There is internal hiring in that hospital. If you wish to work there then have someone in authority to process your application. :D

The turn over is fast so as the hiring process. Don't rely that you are a son/daughter of a seafarer for it will not count. :down: As I said, an "authority" inside the hospital.

The medical director of that hospital is an alumnus(?) of the school were I came from. Will that count? I know someone who is working there now, but I don't think he can back me up just yet. :(

hmmmmm...I don't think so...I am just stating reality...Have someone who is powerful enough to back you up...:D

hello..my cousin took the exam last february 2011 then on april she was invited to take the psyche exam..right now she is completing all the requirements so she can start working there..u really need to have a backer..she got her recommendation letter from the former administrator there at seamen's hospital..hope these info would help you guys..
