Sealed record in Florida (DUI)

Hello!

prior to nursing school I was arrested for a DUI in Florida but it was dropped down to reckless driving adjudication of guilt was also withheld. I was able to get my case sealed. But now that im applying to take the NCLEX, they are wanting arrest records. I have a copy of my booking report and the officers report of what happened that night...is THAT the arrest record or is it something else? since my case is sealed I no longer have access to any information regarding my case.
