Yes you do. You must provide everything because they will find out. Just be honest! I went through the samething in September of this year, my citation was dropped almost 7 years ago. Everything worked out just stay positive!
I did. I gave them what I could. They are now requesting more info that is not readily accessible. I talked to my atty my mind is a little more settled now.
