I think you are correct. I reached out to HireView and they are reaching out to a recruiter to see if I can redo the video questions.
It's my first time recording the video interview. When I log in I can see the first question. Do I have to record and answer the first question before I can view the next question? Will I have the opportunity after completing all the recordings to go back and edit? Or is it one at a time?

You ca re-record as much as you want but only one question at a time. Once you submit you can't go back.
