I had an online interview with some supervisors for Scripps La Jolla, but they ultimately decided to go another direction. Not sure how many people got hired, but congrats to those who got offers!

Anyone that got an interview or job offer do you have any tips for your application. I will be applying for the third time this month. I feel like my application is pretty competitive but I am clearly doing something wrong since I have yet to secure an interview at any of these San Diego hospitals.

I got hired on my 3rd time. I have my ACLS, NIHSS, PALS, mental health first aid, RN license. I've also been a CNA 4 years and a previous Scripps employee.

Hello! for those that applied the last cohort how does the video interview work? how many questions are asked and how long/tries do you get to answer the question? this is my first time applying. anything helps, thanksss!

I remember it being about 8-10 questions. You have unlimited attempts to answer and I think you have about 2 minutes to answer each question. You can watch each recording and decide if you want to re-record.
