Mine changed to "hiring manager review" and I applied to tele/dou. I applied on 9/18 and the status changed 9/21. But no updates :/

Does anyone still have submission received from the date that the application was submitted? I'm wondering if I was weeded out by the computer scan or if they truly do look through each application. Does anyone have any insight?

Mine is still under "submission received" since I applied. I preferenced Surgical I believe. I was wondering the same thing about being weeded out with the personality assessment.
