Thought I would post another thread on here for the scripps new grad program starting this summer as applications are open for internals and soon will open for externals. I myself am an internal, applied Monday, and have an interview already set for May 7th... Good luck to all!!!
You interviewed at the actual hospital? Not with the mob of new grads at the Farnham address?
No... Maybe b/c the position i applied for was with non-acute care experience.. I thought i will be mixed with the new grad so yeah... I had 3 panels..so yeah :) goodluck evryone!!! I hope i hear from them soon...
I need your help! I lost the business cards I retrieved during my interview today ): I interviewed with a panel of 2, one from Scripps Green and Scripps Chula Vista. Does anyone know the name of either? In the midst of my nervousness, I forgot their name! I'm so terrible! I wish I could go back in time and safely store their business cards =/ I would love to send her a thank you card. Thank you for your help!
Hey Everyone I still haven't heard anything back (rejection or interview). Does anyone know why this is? Is everyone that is interviewing currently applying as internals? Thanks![/quote']Hey afis405!!
I talked to a manager leaving the same time I was and she said that there are 4 days of interviews and that is all. I'm not sure which day is their last!
Sandiegorn- Ahh! So exciting. I hope we all hear good news. The manager over at farnham also had all of us sign the background check and an acceptance letter only if for the sole purpose that in the event that we get an offer, she doesn't "have to chase us down" for them.
Where were your panel interviewers from?

Does anyone know why some people get a panel of 2 and others up to 5? I had my interview today, and I was wondering why that was. I could be wrong, but I feel like a larger panel (i.e. more Scripps representatives from different locations) would've improved my chances. Not to say I think it went badly, because even though I got the smaller panel, my interviewers were very nice.
