That's interesting. Now I am wondering if the applicants who weren't sent to specific units are the ones getting interviewed.

Hi everyone! I'm a new graduate RN interested in applying to the Maternal Child Health (MCH) RN Transition Program at Scripps for 2025. According to their website, the application window is open from October 13-19, 2024, but I haven't been able to find the job posting or application link. I've reached out to their recruitment team but haven't heard back yet. Has anyone else had this issue or found where to apply? Any guidance would be appreciated! Thanks in advance! 😊

I was interested in this as well. unfortunately this time around it's only been opened internally and for nurses with at least a year of experience 😭 I was really hoping they would take new grads

Really! Aw man, on their pdf that's provided on the website it says that new grads can apply :,( Welp, hopefully I get the chance next time around. Thanks!

I know I'm super bummed cause I thought they would consider new grads too. it sucks that new grad l&d cohorts are so hard to come by right now 😭

received a text about an hour ago to schedule an interview for encinitas medical acute!!

I kept in touch with the manager at scripps memorial la jolla because I did my Spring externship there on mother baby and she seems to prefer experienced nurses now. she said she was unsure when they'd open it to new grad nurses again.

a friend of mine got a text/email yesterday to schedule an interview with them

Not sure if this helps anyone but I've heard any union here in CA has to interview internal applicants first so don't be discouraged if you haven't heard anything yet!
