Does anyone know when you need your degree by before the program start date? I'm graduating same month as next start date and unsure if it will be on time

I'm about to graduate with my BSN and looking at different cities for nursing positions, if you are willing to share, what was the starting pay for the new grad jobs? Just trying to compare areas.  Thank you!

Base pay is $57. Night shift differential is $6.93. After the program ends, they bump you up $2.25.

Would you be comfortable sharing a little more about what the VA new grad program interview process was like and how difficult the interview was?
