Scripps New Grad Jan-Oct 2022

Just wanted to start a forum on this. So I sent my application and instantly got an email invitation to do the on demand interview. Finished that and submitted. So know I’m just kind of waiting around and watching my emails to get an update. I know live interviews start from 10/4-10/2?ish. Anyone else on the same boat?

I interviewed in October and they were mainly behavioral questions none where clinical. I searched behavioral questions on Google and read on how to correctly answer them. It gives you more confidence if you know what to expect.

Is anyone else still waiting to hear back for the March/June 2022 cohort? My application still says "complete" but my roommate's got switched to "under review" last week and she got invited to an interview earlier this week. However, we applied for different specialties as our first choices. 

If there is anyone who's app still says "complete" please let me know bc I'm starting to panic. I don't think they can deny me if they don't at least review my application first LOL

I got an email today from Scripps Mercy to schedule an interview for this Thurs! I applied for the March/June 2022 cohort. Best of luck to everyone! The waiting game really sucks LOL

Did anyone else get the notification that their January application is being forwarded to the hiring manager today? Did they reopen the application? I have an offer somewhere else but now I'm wondering if I hold out LOL

Hey! How are you? Had my interview last week and I just received an email yesterday saying that I am being offered the job in the surgical unit. However, they haven't sent me the official offer letter yet as they are figuring out what cohort I will be put in because they thought I have not obtained my license yet.

I'm good! I just received an offer in the med acute unit at Scripps Mercy with the March cohort!  They said they'll send me the official offer letter soon. Congrats!!
