Scripps New Grad Jan-Oct 2022

Just wanted to start a forum on this. So I sent my application and instantly got an email invitation to do the on demand interview. Finished that and submitted. So know I’m just kind of waiting around and watching my emails to get an update. I know live interviews start from 10/4-10/2?ish. Anyone else on the same boat? 

I did a video interview with Scripps Encinitas last week, but I'm not sure when we're supposed to hear back for the next step. Does anyone have any idea?

I haven’t heard anything from Encinitas so I’m not sure. I have a video interview for Green coming up. How’d the one interview go? Mainly behavioral questions?

I think the interview went well, just pretty nervous haha. I got lots of behavioral questions and some clinical questions. I would encourage you to look up common conditions on the unit you applied to, to help you better prepare for the questions. Best of luck!

Hey everyone! I have an interview with Scripps Mercy - SD coming up. Does anybody have any suggestions of how to prepare? Im curious about what kind of questions they may be asking and how quickly they let you know about a job offer. Thanks a lot!

How long after getting your application sent to the hiring manager did it take to get an interview ? My application says under review and I got the email on the 13th about it being forwarded to the hiring manager.

I would go to glass door and look at the Scripps' interview questions specifically posted under New Grad RN. It gave a pretty accurate representation of what you can expect.

I would say 2-3 weeks so it still might be a little early for you. I hope you get one:)

For those that interviewed with Mercy, did they say when we would hear back?

I interviewed with Mercy last week and when I asked when I would hear back it was a little unclear, but they said "probably end of next week." Which would be now haha so hopefully soon! My guess would be by tomorrow? On the Scripps website it says they are conducting interviews until Oct. 29th.

Same! They said by the end of next week which is this week. I haven’t heard back yet. Hopefully tomorrow is the day! Good luck

Ah OK just making sure. They told me the same thing.

I also interviewed with Mercy a week and a half ago and they said I should find out by the end of this week. I'm feeling anxious today to hear from them but I also know they don't always get back when they say they will. :/

I heard back with an offer. The email was sent an hour ago. I interviewed for Mercy SD location.
