Has anyone heard from Scranton? Just curious. Also, is there anyone that has applied to Scranton that would like to talk about the school? Thanks everybody.

2 years ago when I interviewed, everyone interviewed as a group (about 10-15 people in all) in front of a 5 person panel. One of the individuals on the panel would ask a question, and each one of us would have to answer the same question. It was tough to come up with answers that everyone else hadn't already used. Good luck!

I couldn't think of a crappier way to interview and get to know a person.

Hi, I saw the word Scranton and it peaked my attention. I'm from Scranton. What is your question?
Hi Sabradie,
I applied to Scranton and I am just looking to find out a little more about how they do their interview/selection process, etc. Are you currently in their nurse anesthesia program? If so, how do you like it? Do you have any suggestions or helpful hints for someone applying there? Thanks for the info.
Sincerely,
air

Scranton had an interview 11/3.
Usually the run a series of interviews.
Charles-Thor is right, that is their interview format.
As to details the vary things alot.
You start out with a test. Just ACLS, CCRN type stuff then you do the interview, just as Charles-Thor described.
You get quick notice about acceptance or denial. Usually before X-mass. Clinical settings are diverse with zero competition.
