I think they are BOTH a combination of science and art if done correctly and with heart and mind blended.

ABT is Asian Bodywork Therapist. Zen Shiatsu is the style I practice.
NCCAOM is National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine in which I hold Diplomate status.
