Schools in the Savannah area.

U.S.A. Georgia

There might be a chance that I will be moving back to Georgia. We were originally going to move back to the Kennesaw area, but now it is looking like Savannah.

Can anyone give me any info about any schools in the Savannah area?

I will be going for my Associates. What is required? GPA? TEAS? Any schools have a waiting list?

I am in Missouri and currently on a waiting list.

If you're at all considering a Bachelor's, there is Armstrong Atlantic University: Nursing Armstrong Atlantic Savannah Georgia

Savannah Technical College offers a practical nursing program: Savannah:Practical Nursing Diploma

South University has a few nursing programs: South University College of Nursing - South University

As far as the surrounding areas, I'm not too sure. I'm out in the Atlanta metro area and unfamiliar with Savannah besides Armstrong-Atlantic!

We lived in savannah for four years and recently moved back to atl. The nursing program at Armstrong Atlantic is pretty good from what I've heard from others. Get your paperwork in early, as with anywhere in savannah they move at a slow pace.

I had a friend that went to savannah technical and HATED it and I've heard other bad reviews for nursing and basically any program they have.

I don't know much about south university. You can also look at schools in Brunswick if you don't mind driving. Also schools in South Carolina that are close to sav will offer in school tuition for Chatham County residents.

I'm not very familiar with any schools besides Armstrong, but I'm currently about 45 mins away from Savannah attending Georgia Southern University. Great nursing program if you're willing to drive & want to do a BSN program.
