School Nurse Interview

I have a upcoming job interview for a School/Cluster Nurse position and would like some information on how to best prepare for it e.g. what type of questions might they ask in the interview. Any and all responses are appreciated. Thanks!

Be prepared for a team interview. Be ready to identify your strengths (autonomy, critical thinking skills etc) Be knowledgable about common ailments in the school setting: asthma, diabetes management, seizures. Look up the difference between a 504 plan and an IEP. Are you currently certified in CPR/AED/BLS/ etc? Have documentation to back that up. Make sure you like kids!
