iv'e only got three chronic diseases at the moment. having a hard time finding information on this.

Assignment question is:

e) List the routes by which drugs are excreted.

Provide examples of 4 chronic diseases that may affect elimination of drugs.

Okay, good! So you've done the important part -- identified which organs affect the excretion of drugs. Now consider which chronic diseases damage these organs. A lot of chronic diseases cause damage to body systems over time so a good starting point would be to look up common chronic diseases and what organs they damage. If they damage one of the organs you identified, they affect the elimination of drugs!
