I am researching of Schizophrenia and I am looking for the most up to date research findings on any and all aspects of patients with schizophrenia. I would google it but I want to get it from a reputable source. Thanks in advance!

It's difficult to answer this because we don't know what you already know. Have you read your textbook?
yes i have read my book on this. I was hoping for new research that has been conducted within the past year or two... New advances in treatment would be best.

One thing you can do is do a Google search and look for the articles listed that are published in the well-known psychiatric journals.

What you need can be found in PubMed or Cinahl, etc. If you don't know about these, go to the librarian at your school and s/he can show you how to access them. You can narrow your search in any manner, such as research done in the past two years. Best wishes in your search.
