sccc 2012 nursing program hopefuls

Hello . I am starting this thread for anyone who has applied for the fall 2012 start suffolkc.c.c. nursing program. I have applied for the Ammerman day program. I was hoping to find some company on my journey to acceptance day(hopefully:)).

jrosa, she'll be two in june so she'll be in the toddler room. I haven't even spoken with them yet since I'm so unsure of what my schedule will be like in the fall. Which room will your child be in? @dlyons - monday?? :( i thought they already went out.. guess I'll leave my mailman alone untill next week lol. thanks for the info though!

IzziesMomma...I thought the exact same thing! I feel like everytime someone calls they're getting a different answer...all I know is the waiting is like torture...at this point I just want to know!

Keep your head up Izziesmomma, it's not a rejection!!!! I have faith for you. I didnt hear back from Ammerman yet. There will certainly be people who choose to attend other schools opening up spots. I know it wasn't the decision you were hoping for, but it still means you're in the running! :)

Ishen, it was the sccc ammerman day program. Thanks for the encouraging words dollface :). I am thankful that it wasn't a total rejection and that I still have a shot

Like jrosa said, we are all in this together! I know how discouraging it can be to look forward and work hard for something and even though it isn't a rejection, it still wasn't what you were hoping for but I'll be sending good vibes your way!

@dlyons I spoke to admissions and she told me letters went out two days ago???!!!! Ssoooo frustrating!!!!! I am assuming that none of heard Monday sounds right. What campus/program did you apply for?

@Izziemomma My daughter is four so she will be in the preschool room. I ammmm ssooooo frustrated.

When the guy in central admissions looked me up by name and said "oh I see they have made a decision, but I cannot disclose that info". I thought I was going to die...I don't understand why they cannot e-mail this info to us? just ridiculous!!!!!!!

@Izziesmomma I wrote the previous post before I read yours. So sorry but You are in the running. My girlfriend got waitlisted and got a spot like 2 weeks after getting her letter. I am sending positive thoughts, keep your head up!!!

Jrosa...Still no letter in my mailbox so I'm hoping Monday is right also...I applied to ammerman evening...I called the ammerman admissions number and spoke with someone there

My letter came in the mail today, accepted for Ammerman Day! For everyone waiting, maybe tomorrow you will all find out your long awaited decision! Hoping everyone on here gets in!
