SCC/ARC Fall 2021 Sac City/American River College

Anyone else submit their apps for SCC or ARC for fall 2021?I submitted my SCC packet last week and ARC the other day. I was hoping my online app status would change to received but it still says submitted

I just found this forum and thread. I am so glad I'm not the only one going a little crazy over the ARC results! SCC I was not selected for, which was a bummer. But since that is random it doesn't sting too bad.  

I have refreshing my email and the eServices website about every 15 minutes, and have not gotten any work done this past week. Mine also just updated to "qualified" yesterday.

My status updated to "qualified" and I received the email late last night. I also turned in my packet a few days before the deadline. I kept hoping they checked and changed the status based on the date received (or applicant number) and that I wasn't stuck in limbo.

Sounds like they are near the end! we may know by tomorrow or Monday!?

I've been doing the same, checking every 30 mins, and I can't focus on anything else LOL?

we should create an emotional support phone tree or something.  I know I am going to have some sort of issues after being glued to my phone and refreshing emails for so long

Like 3 different times today I almost posted a comment about my anxiety today and decided not to. I refresh all the time! I reaaaaally hope it’s by tomorrow. I just need this misery of waiting to end, whether I cry happy or sad tears. Just let me get it over with! Glad to know I’m not alone in this excruciating wait. Distractions only help me so much!

Yeah I’ve been drowning myself in TV shows and errands lately to keep my mind off of it. If I get in or don’t the next six months are going to be drastically different in my life, but I just want to find out!

 

Something that helped me is that I turned off all email notifications to my phone except my school email, which the ARC email will go to. No other emails are going there on a regular basis.

 

I figure that just as the qualified status update, ARC Nursing will email us if we are accepted. If I get no email by Monday then I know my answer.

I am in the same cituation! Besides, my husband needs a surgery and I am so stressful?I am waiting happy news??

April 30th, 2019 my rejection came at 9:05 AM. It came at 9:33 AM in November 2019 for the fall apps. I got another rejection for Spring 2020 apps in September 2020 at 7:49 PM (pushed off bc covid).... IDK if this info helps at all but hopefully it will be by tomorrow morning.
