SCC/ARC Fall 2021 Sac City/American River College

Anyone else submit their apps for SCC or ARC for fall 2021?I submitted my SCC packet last week and ARC the other day. I was hoping my online app status would change to received but it still says submitted

Who knows when Arc will send us final decision?

I read that until Friday they should but I do not know?

Just got my rejection letter at 1:51pm from Sac City. ?

Yes my friend who has been a nurse now for about 3 years got accepted into SCC and ARC nursing program based on lotto and on her first try. She ended up choosing SCC.

We will probably find out about arc by Friday.

It should be sometime this week. All we have to do is just wait it out. My last 3 times I was sent rejection letters last week of April and they chose that week as well. However with the pandemic it could go as far as into next week possibly.

how....in the hell???? I am not the best at mathing but that seems like a 1 in a million shot

Just got my official reject letter from SCC. No update in status for ARC yet. Fingers crossed.

Everyone I know who has gone locally (like 20 people) has got in through one of these lottery’s. Some first try some 5 tries ?

I know right. But it actually happens often from lots of other friends I heard that it happened to quite a few people like that. 4th time applying and nothing yet. Just holding out hope.

So just because I have them all confused at this point, does ARC pick for fall and Spring or just fall?
