Scared of being In charge..

Does anyone here scared of being in charge? Sometimes that's what I feel. Is this normal???

perfectly normal. I was 3 months out of orientation and they had me be the desk due to everyone else being there the night before. I left at 1 am, early, after helping my coworkers out with tasks and doing 2 admits. It'll be fine. the worst thing that'll happen is that they'll call you the next day and ask why you screwed up the staffing grid. LOL not the end of the world.
