Hey guys does the HESI include a critical thinking section, if so how are you guys studying for that section I can’t seem to find enough info about it online

I kept checking my personal email since that was the one I put on the application. Luckily I randomly checked my school email on the 27th and seen my invite. I got my rsvp confirmation at 4:30 something today. I'm bridging from LVN to RN. I just started studying again. I really didn't think I'd get an invite since its taken so long to even apply. Last semester one thing was checked wrong and they excluded me. This was my second time applying. I'm not sure how many points I have but I think I have 42 pts. IDK where that ranks me. Our school does include critical thinking but I’ve heard the questions are common sense. I haven’t had any luck finding any info either.

Did anybody else get an email? I haven’t gotten anything as far as an acceptance or denial I’ve checked all my emails and junk folders not sure what the deal is I would of thought I would know by now. When is the HESI date? Also what was the email address they sent the invites from?

The email for the HESI invitation came from sbvc_nursing@sbccd.cc.ca.us on May 23 and had to be RSVP by May 28th at 12pm. When I got me letter stating I was not accepted for the Spring 2020 it came to my regular email address and was in the spam folder that was Oct 2019. I had to call them to get the information. You may have to email their office to check with them if you did not get the invite.

It states the HESI is going to be virtual. I've never taken a virtual HESI exam. Has any one else?

Yeah this is a little ridiculous because I’m not sure how other people are getting in touch with the staff but I’m trying to get in touch with them and I’m not getting no answer from calling or even emailing for that matter and I am not received any email I think this is really unfair to a lot of people who didn’t get any emails and you know if them it is true people didn’t get emails and were invited how is it fair for everybody else and didn’t get invited and didn’t know about it am I the only one that didn’t get invited?
