Saunders Q&A Review NCLEX-RN???

Is/Has anyone else used this book and found it to be helpful? My brother got it for me for X-mas and I've been using that along with Hurst Review but I haven't heard of many people using it or have used it. Let me know!

im using it along with kaplan online review course.. it's pretty good (the book) and im gaining confidence with it..

I usded it and I thought it was great. Use both the CD and the questions in the book! If you get somthing wrong or just need to brush up go back to the chapter and look it up...........Good luck studying:)

use saunders comp. review 3rd ed. and the cd. practice 100qs/day and do suzanne4 study guide. you will pass 100%. i did and just found out i passed with 75qs. good luck
