I will be graduating in December and have borrowed some study materials from a friend. I just took the 75 question assessment test on the CD that came with the Saunders Comprehensive Review for the NCLEX-RN. I ended up with an overall score of 76%. How well of a predictor is this for doing on the NCLEX?

I used this resource...my score was around 60% before doing all the questions in the book, 80% after. Passed the NCLEX with the minimum number of questions. I also used the Elsevier HESI RN online review questions and the Silvestri alternate item format book/CD.

I wouldn't recommend just using Saunders. The questions are easier than the NCLEX and the book really lack priority/delegation questions. It's good for content though.

It's a good content reviewer but I have to agree that the questions are a bit easier... but using it in conjunction with other nclex reviewer books is ok I guess.

Saunders lacked priority/ delegation questions. I suggest using Saunders with other resources. Highly recommend PDA by LaCharity!!!
I do have the PDA by LaCharity and have completed all the chapters and case studies. I will be using this to prepare. What about the ATI book?
I didn't touch my ATI books for NCLEX.
